SPIRIT RANGE

The flavour/taste profile of our infusions have been broken into 6 separate categories, Pure, Herb, Floral, Fruit, Bitter and Spice. The purpose of making this distinction is to highlight which agricultural produce is the hero/predominate flavour/taste of the infusion. For easy recognition, each bottle will include one of the following range insignia:

1. PURE RANGE

The Pure Range logo on our Spirits, indicates the hero of this range is primarily the base fermentable (i.e. potato, rutabaga, sugar beet etc) rather than a secondary infusion. The only notable exception is that in order to fully encapsulate the twisted brew ethos this range may from time to time see the addition of 24K gold flakes or be barrel aged.

2. HERB RANGE

The Herb Range logo on our Spirits, indicates that flavoursome herbs (e.g. basil, mint, thyme, rosemary etc.) have predominantly inspired this Spirit infusion or where a twisted infusion has been used the most notable flavour/taste/smell that is coming through is a herb.

3. FLORAL RANGE

The Floral Range logo on our Spirits, indicates that aromatic flowers (e.g. rose, hibiscus, elder flower etc.) have predominantly inspired this Spirit infusion or where a twisted infusion has been used the most notable flavour/taste/smell that is coming through the infusion is one most recognisable as floral.

4. FRUIT RANGE

While there will be many flavour/taste profiles attached to the Fruit Range, when you see this logo on our Spirits it is signifying this infusion is fruit based. If you are not a sweet tooth, do not overlook these types of infusions as the mixer heavily dictates the final taste (i.e. Sparkling mineral water will offer a dry taste, whereas when mixed with a traditional soft drink mixer (e.g. lemonade) the infusion will compliment this type mixer rather than increase the mixer's sweetness.

5. BITTER RANGE

The Bitter Range logo on our Spirits, indicates that the most notable flavour/taste coming through the infusion is one of bitterness (e.g. grapefruit, coffee etc.). Especially for our Vodka range, people who  normally enjoy Gin will notice a unique familiarity with this range.

6. SPICE RANGE

The Spice Range logo on our Spirits, indicates that aromatic spices (e.g. cardamom, black pepper etc) have predominantly inspired this Spirit infusion or where a twisted infusion has been used the most notable flavour/taste/smell that is coming through is a spice.
