The farmhouse nano-distillery is based at Harcourt, Victoria, Australia; an area that has a long history in apple production partly due to its rich granite soil, cool temperate climate, rolling terrain and reliable water source.
Having a farmhouse nano-distillery allows us to keep a watchful eye over our agricultural produce as it moves from 'Farm to Glass'®. It’s this 'Farm to Glass'® concept that makes us uniquely twisted – something you can taste across our entire range.

FARM TO GLASS® CONCEPT
We believe in a truly sustainable approach to farming and creating spirits, which is why we try and let nothing go to waste. We farm our own solar energy, harvest our own water source, and all our spirit waste wherever possible is either used for cleaning; composting, fertilising and watering our agricultural produce; or feeding the farm’s flock of pedigree Southdown ‘Baby Doll’ sheep. The agricultural produce used in our spirit range are either grown right here on the farm or sourced from our local and trusted Australian suppliers.
